Regenerating Investment in Food & Farming - Online Launch

Join us and a globe-spanning panel of transformative thinkers and doers as Sustainable Table launches its roadmap that has been 12 months in the making: Regenerating Investment in Food and Farming. Through over 60 interviews with leading local thinkers, doers and investors across Australia and beyond, led by Tanya Massy, the roadmap takes a deep dive into not only where investment needs to be directed, but how finance can, and already is, being reconfigured to enable the work of regeneration.

Facilitated by Anthony James of the RegenNarration podcast, this promises to be a conversation at depth as we explore what regeneration of finance and funding looks like in practice - the challenges, opportunities and breakthroughs from trailblazing folk leading the way.

Panellists include:

Esther Park is the CEO of Cienega Capital, an investment company utilizing an integrated capital approach to systemic change in the areas of soil health, regenerative agriculture, and local food systems and a key partner in #No Regrets Initiative.

Dan Miller is the Founder and CEO of Steward, a private lender providing regenerative farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and producers with the capital they need to expand and sustain their businesses.

Tiarne Shutt is a descendant of the Worimi people and a member of the Gathang language group, and an Associate Director of First Australians Capital. Tiarne excels at pushing boundaries, shifting mindsets, and affecting social change through storytelling and relationship building.

Katherine Trebeck is a political economist, writer and advocate for economic system change. She co-founded the Wellbeing Economy Alliance and also WEAll Scotland, its Scottish hub. She sits on a range of boards and advisory groups, such as The Democracy Collaborative, the C40 Centre for Urban Climate Policy and Economy, and the Centre for Understanding Sustainable Prosperity.
