Regenerating Australia screening with panel at Beverley Town Hall

  • Beverley Town Hall Vincent Street Beverley, WA, 6304 Australia (map)

Come along to the Beverley Town Hall, not far out of Perth in the wheatbelt of WA, for a special screening event of Regenerating Australia. A panel conversation will follow featuring Oral McGuire, Dianne & Ian Haggerty, Grant Revell & host Anthony James. The director of the film, Damon Gameau, will also beam in from his home in northern NSW.

What would Australia look like in 2030 if we simply listened to the needs of its people? Regenerating Australia is the latest film from Damon Gameau, the award-winning director of 2040 and That Sugar Film.

The ‘Innovate to Regenerate’ fund will also be announced for social enterprises and impact ventures targeting themes in the film. Selected projects will have the opportunity to access the $2m Innovate to Regenerate solutions fund, alongside impact investors looking to scale up projects that deliver social, environmental and economic benefits to communities around Australia.

This special event screening will be a chance to connect with others face to face and feel some much needed hope and inspiration as we discuss the steps we could take together to regenerate Australia over the next eight years.
