This Saturday 9 October the Martuwarra Fitzroy River Council in partnership with the Red Shed Derby Women’s Collective are hosting a special preview screening of The Serpent’s Tale at the Derby Sportsman’s Club from 6.30 pm.

This event is Free Entry. Donations to the Martuwarra Fitzroy River Council are greatly appreciated.

This film tells the story of Martuwarra, our living ancestral being. Featuring interviews with revered cultural leaders and scientists, intercut with spectacular footage of Country.

With Q&A following the film, with Chair of the Martuwarra Fitzroy River Council, Dr Anne Poelina. Hosted by Anthony James.
